I would like to warn the readers from U.A.E that you should be very careful while using VOIP softwares and services. Recently it has been strictly blocked by the UAE government. But still it is able to be open using proxies. But the authorities are tracing VOIP users. If you are caught a fine up to Dirhams 25,000 (250,000 Rs) will be charged. So please be vigilant.
